I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tires thanks to Steve. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without any pressure. Steve's customer service was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and kept me informed throughout the entire process. It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with such a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. If you're visiting Mavis Tires, I highly recommend asking for Steve. His professionalism, knowledge, and dedication to great service made this one of the best experiences I've had at a tire and automotive service center.

I want to say thanks to Steve at the Old Trolley Rd location. I needed a last-minute tire rotation, and he was incredibly accommodating, fitting me into his busy schedule without any hassle. On top of that, when a tool accidentally slipped through the hood of my car, Steve went above and beyond to retrieve it for me. His dedication to customer service and attention to detail truly made my visit stress-free. I can't thank him enough for his help and professionalism. Highly recommend!

Had an awesome experience at Mavis Tires today. The whole team really went above and beyond. Zach at the front desk was great—super friendly, easy to talk to, and kept everything moving quickly. You can tell he actually cares about customers, which makes a big difference. I originally just came in for a tire rotation and balance, they noticed that is not the service that I needed. They pointed me in the right direction of what service I needed and got it done. On top of that, the mechanics noticed my brakes needed attention and went ahead and bled them without me even asking. That kind of attention to detail and honesty is hard to find. Big shoutout to the techs in the shop too—they clearly know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. I didn’t catch the technician’s name (sorry about that), but he did a phenomenal job and definitely deserves recognition. Overall, super solid experience. Fast, professional, and genuinely good people. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend Mavis to anyone.

Unacceptable experience. Bought tires through Amazon to have mounted at this location based on reviews. Had an appointment for 9am. They brought my truck in a little after 9, no problem. It took until after 2 pm to have 4 tires unmount, remounted and balanced. Again, didn't care because I understand places can get busy and backed up. After getting my tires done, I noticed the passenger front had a slow leak. A few weeks go by and I finally get time to inspect it and assume I ran over a nail with my brand new tires. The problem was a sticker barcode was left on the bead of the tire causing the leak. I call them and after 3 attempts I'm told to come down and they'll handle it. They change my tire and tell me I'm good to go but CHARGE ME to fix their original mistake. As I'm driving home I realize with my TPMS monitor that they fixed the wrong tire and have to drive back. They did the driver side, not the passenger side. After waiting until closing time they take my truck back in and instead of taking the tire off the bead and removing the barcode (sticker) they put some sealant on it and send me on my way. It's 2 days later and my tire is still leaking in the same spot. I don't under
